Why is my cell phone/mobile number important?

Providing your cell phone number is very very important for several reasons: we will text a confirmation to you when you make  your reservation; we will confirm your reservation a few days before you arrive, we will text you when the stroller is delivered and text you a link with tips about your particular stroller while you are in Orlando.  We will remind you when it is time to return the stroller by text and you will need to enter the last 4 digits of your cell phone to make and changes to your reservation.

Also, there are times that we may need to get in touch with you while you are on vacation.  Occasionally, for example, a customer may grab the wrong stroller coming out of an attraction and we will need to coordinate getting the right stroller back to you.
