What is your rental period? Do you rent by the day? The week? a 24 hour period?

This sounds like a simple question but it is often an area of confusion.

We say we rent by the night, but it's more than that.

As long as the reservation is made 24 hours in advance, our delivery time is 7AM.  Our pick up time is 4PM the following day.  So what we are calling one night is actually a day and a half or 32 hours.

So our night isn't 24 hours, it's actually 32!
