Do I have to have a reservation at the resort?

We strongly recommend that you do not choose a resort for delivery or pick up where you do not have a reservation.  We do not check but some resorts refuse to let us deliver a stroller if there is no reservation in your name. And, some resorts may not allow you to drop off a stroller if you don’t have a reservation there.
